What is Northwest Pilgrims?

 Northwest Pilgrims is an annual gathering of women who are learning to thrive and embrace their spirituality in different ways.  We come together from around the Pacific Northwest (and beyond), and from all walks of life and beliefs. Northwest Pilgrims is dedicated to learning, growing together, and giving each one of us a voice and a place to be heard.

Who can attend?

Any woman over the age of 18 and non-mobile, nursing babies

What is included with registration?

1) All conference sessions and activities

2) Lodging for Friday and Saturday nights (unless you select the 'Registration Only' or 'Saturday Registration Only' packages)

3) Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Breakfast and lunch on Sunday ('Saturday Registration Only' includes lunch and dinner on Saturday). We are having a pizza party in the Pines building Friday evening. 

Do I need a roommate to register for a shared room?

No. You can register for a shared room without designating a roommate. We will assign a roommate to you, or you may be in the room by yourself if no one else registers for the same room type.

What is the Refund Policy?

No refunds after registration closes on March 29, 2024, unless we have people on the waitlist willing to take your spot.  Registration is transferable if you find someone to take your spot, but the two of you are responsible for financial arrangements.

What should I bring to the retreat?

1) Clothing and toiletries (the conference center will provide towels, soap, linens, and bedding). Dress for all sessions is comfortable casual. The Seabeck Center is surrounded by lovely grounds, so bring shoes and clothing that will allow you to enjoy them.

2) Be prepared to introduce yourself.

3) Your sense of humor, adventurous spirit, and love for all of your sisters. 

4) Please bring a yoga mat for the sound bath. Let us know if you need to borrow one. 

5) We have a snack room that is open all weekend. Please bring snack to share. There is a fridge if needed. If you brings food or drinks you don't want to share, please label them as such. Alcohol is allowed, but only in the Pines building, not in any public spaces or the dining room. 

6) We have a drop-in craft room this year, feel free to bring any project you are working on or something to share (like coloring books). We also will have time to play games, so please bring your favorite. 

What if I can't attend because of cost?
